The California Multiple Award Schedule


The CMAS program was created by Assembly Bill #1727 in October 1993. CMAS allows public sector entities such as schools and governmental units to avoid the time, expense, and hassles of going out to bid by providing pre-approved products and pricing. CMAS schedules are often based on federal GSA (General Service Administration) schedules that have already been bid out and price analyzed.

Using CMAS is simple. As an authorized CMAS contract holder, Complete Business Systems, Inc. will provide the pre-approved price for the products and services you need and deliver your order.
