Samsung Compact DCS

Samsung DCS Compact
Overview

Unlike many of its competitors, Samsung has used Digital Signal processing (DSP) technology as the heart of the DCS Compact. This commitment to using only the latest in digital technology has made all the difference. Samsung's DCS Compact takes a giant step forward in terms of delivering far greater speed and power to provide the tremendous performance benefits that mean added value for our customers.

The Power of DSP helps make the DCS Compact the fastest, most flexible, most reliable phone system for the money.

Samsung's Super I interface switching technology is the component in our DCS Compact system that operates with ISDN-like speed and flexibility. With it, you have the flexibility to easily grow your system's capabilities. It enables you to add single line devices such as a fax, modem or cordless phones, as well as digital devises like desktop phones to a single extension or port.

Super I technology also allows the DCS Compact to offer you something no other system on the market can- simultaneous access to two separate channels. This gives your phones the same kind of flexibility as newer picture in picture televisions, which allow viewers to watch two programs simultaneously.

While many phone systems offer you the ability to add faxes and modems to your ports, the DCS Compact is the only phone, which allows for the addition of another digital keyset on the same extension port.

Most phone systems today don't offer DSP technology, and the few that do, can't measure up to Super I technology. This means that the best they can provide you with is access to only one channel, which is like using only half of everything that's available to you. Samsung's DCS Compact delivers access to two channels through a single extension port. This means you can dos so much more, including carry on two conversations or perform two-phone function at the same time. That's added value, pure and simple.
